If PineWake cancels an order after payment has been collected, an appropriate refund will be issued.
Customer cancellation requests depend on the order's current production and fulfillment status.

Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Orders containing multiple products may ship separately. Separate packages may have different tracking numbers and arrive on different dates.
