Processing Time
Most PineWake products are made to order.
Most orders are processed within approximately 2–5 business days before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on the product, order volume, holidays, or other fulfillment conditions.
Processing time does not include carrier transit time.
Shipping Costs and Delivery
Available shipping methods, costs, and delivery estimates are shown during checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Carrier delays, weather, holidays, fulfillment conditions, customs, or other circumstances outside PineWake's control may affect delivery.
Order Tracking
When tracking information becomes available, PineWake will provide available tracking information to the customer.
Tracking information may be provided by email and through your PineWake customer account when available.
Carrier tracking may take time to show movement after a tracking number is created.
Split Shipments and Tracking Numbers
Orders containing multiple products may ship in separate packages.
Each package may have its own tracking number and may ship or arrive on a different date.
Receiving one package does not necessarily mean the entire order has been delivered.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.
If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be resent.
If you discover an address error after ordering, contact PineWake as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once production or fulfillment has begun.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If tracking indicates that a shipment may be lost or has stopped moving for an unusual period, contact PineWake.
We will review the shipment and work with the appropriate fulfillment or shipping provider when necessary.
Packages marked as delivered may require additional investigation.
International Shipping
International shipping availability varies by destination and will be shown during checkout when available.
Customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by their country.
